We know there are other rack providers offering lower rates. With a little research, we have found that they are lower because they are offering lower quality equipment or lower quality customer service or in many cases both.

You should not base your decision to purchase valuable rack time on price alone. Consider the customer service, the quality of equipment and how up to date the rack is compared to the current CCIE requirements with regards to hardware and software. Cheaper is not always better.

Sessions do not need to be scheduled at the time of your request. They can be purchased as credits then scheduled as your time permits and as available on our schedule.

Sessions on credit expire one year after date of purchase.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 5 days notice. As little as 3 days notice can be given for emergency situations. It will be up to our discretion for notice less than 5 days. Less than 3 days notice will not be considered.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, but if we experience a hardware failure and cannot get you back to operational within a short amount of time or we have a problem with our local Internet link you will be rescheduled for another day at no charge. We cannot be held responsible for Internet problems.

There will be a $15 charge for splitting a previously purchased 11.5 hour session into two separate 5.5 hour sessions.
